    Your scope, timeline and budget range go straight to the people who would do the work. Nothing is forwarded to a third party or added to a mailing list.

  2. 2. A short reply

    Within one business day you will hear back with either questions worth answering or a clear view on whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

  3. 3. A written proposal

    If it looks like a fit, you get a written scope of work with milestones, costs and a payment schedule. Nothing is billed until that proposal is signed. See the Refund Policy for how deposits and cancellations work.
